In the modern and inviting World Direct Innovation Space, Rob Nehrbas, Microsoft Business Applications Western Europe, opened the keynotes with trend-setting insights into the development of AI-supported service solutions. Manuel Zeiner from ÖBB gave an impressive presentation on how Austria's leading railway company is revolutionising its customer service with an innovative omnichannel approach and AI support.

In the afternoon, exciting theme islands offered practical insights into innovative projects. Kreisel Electric demonstrated how customer service was optimised through the introduction of a modern customer portal, efficient ticketing and the use of Microsoft Copilot. Meusburger presented a successful approach on how standardisation can be combined with advanced technology to raise service quality to a new level.



The highlights for me were how AI intervenes in the processes and unfolds its effect, how employees' reservations and fears can be allayed and, above all, how customer satisfaction can be increased. That benefits us all."

In the concluding panel discussion, Oliver Witvoet from easyconsult, Massimo Borelli from Microsoft, Markus Bergmann from World Direct and other participants delved deeper into the day's topics.
